Heather is such a sweet being. Upon arriving, we met Reed who was so warm and welcoming. I just received our baby’s report that had so much information from her stay! When we picked her up, Heather gave me the low-down on what all went down. If we lived in the area / when we return to visit Florence again, we will absolutely be sure to reach out to Heather! Every time over!
Chelsea was great with taking care of Chloe. I received lots of updates and she was tired once I took her home. Chelsea was great with working around my schedule.
Thankfully Sarah had time available on a holiday weekend for Jojo while I was traveling and decided to take in a NASCAR race at the last minute! Will definitely be back when I’m in the area again!
