Cassy was super great and helpful! She exudes a genuine energy that can be felt through messages. She communicated through the entire booking and replied to all messages and requests quickly. Cassy often makes herself available for drop ins and my pup has loved spending time with her. She followed care instructions as requested and sent pictures during the visit. Thanks so much Cassy!

Meghan was excellent with my cats and keeping me updated with meaningful updates on how they’re doing after each check in. She got along with them great. I felt perfectly safe leaving my cats behind on an extended trip with her checking on them.

Felt extremely at-ease with Mikayla’s drop ins. She was very timely and picked up on our dogs’ personalities instantly. We could tell they were loved by a great sitter in our brief absence!

Jonathan is the one!! This was our first time leaving our cats for a while and we couldn’t be happier with how attentive Jonathan was with us and our furry gang. We appreciated the pictures and daily updates, but more than anything, he gave us a piece of mind while being away for a week and that is hard to find! We rebooked with Morgan for a quick weekend trip. We came home to happy dogs! Good communication, super friendly, and great with all four of our big dogs!

Elizabeth is a gem! As a fellow rover sitter myself, I commend the care she provided my babies. I couldn’t have asked for a better sitter. My kitties loved her & she communicated regularly which was important to me, too.

Binta did a fantastic job! She was reliable and showed up at every appointment on time, and we used her during the Holidays so I know it wasn't super convenient. While our dog was excited to see us after 10 days, it was clear he had been cared for, was happy, and healthy. We would definitely use Binta and the Rover Service again
