ABOVE AND BEYOND!!!!! Jennifer was more than we could imagine for our elderly shih tzu lacy,our baby, they immediately hit it off. She kept us informed with updates and photos the entire time we were out of the country. An unforseen issue occurred while we were away and Jennifer was very flexible without hesitation to assist us in our time of despair,and we didn't have to worry about Lacys's wellbeing, she went above and beyond to take of her, and for that we are truly greatful. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

we are so grateful for lindsey for taking care of our pups last minute so we can go to my grandmothers funeral. the dogs seem to really like her and she’s been very reliable! loved getting lots of pics of our boys too!

Ryan did a great job checking in on our diabetic and elderly cat. We were so glad that Ryan felt comfortable with giving insulin injections, which our cat needs twice a day. Kylie was excellent! Super accommodating despite some last minute changes and was very communicative. I got a bunch of picture updates and Rudy looked happy as can be. Will be using Kylie again!
