I want everyone who ever contacts Rover that the person you need to look after your dog - especially an elderly one like our lab/newfie mix, Jackie - is Jennifer O. I have never seen anyone, with any organization, take the time to tend to Jackie so tenderly and so professionally, at the same time. From the time Jennifer O came to our house for the meet-and-greet - when Jackie instantlu felt a bond with Jen, refusing to leave her side, the whole time Jen was visiting us...to the time when she left him for the final time (when he was obviously happy and contented enough to lie down and take a nap before Jen left, no separation anxiety or other fear of being left alone - 100% on Jackie's time with Jennifer O was focused on him, with fabulous, gratifying results on our end. I am about to hire her for an overnight stay at her house this week, and I DO hope she will be available. I could never find anyone else who bonded with Jackie the way Jen did! After meeting Alyssa I knew our cat named Baby was in good hands. And when we returned she was a happy to see us but looked down the hall to see when Alyssa going to arrive.
