Doggy Day Care in West Store Crossroads

My two, high energy corgi pups were welcomed with open arms. Kim seemed to adore them and loved on them all day long. Plenty of photos and videos were sent throughout the day. Communication was easy and appreciated.

We needed someone to watch our large labradoodle for the day and Whitney was perfect! Our dog was immediately comfortable with her and came home tired and happy. Even though he was only there for about 6 hours she stayed in touch throughout and sent us lots of pictures. It’s always a little nerve wracking to try out a new Rover, but she put us at ease and took great care of our dog. We’ll definitely be repeat customers when we are in town again.

Hershey loves seeing Brandi and runs into her house in the morning. Lots of pictures and communication throughout the day. I’m so grateful to have found someone I can trust w/ my Hershey Bear. 💚🐾

We are so grateful to find such a kind and caring person to take care of our 2.5 year cavapoo, Coraline. Geraldine is a true professional and highly experienced with taking care of dogs. She takes her job seriously, ensuring that your baby is given the utmost care and attention. As soon as Coraline met Geraldine, I knew that she was in exceptional hands. Coraline is (naturally) spoiled and very attached to me, so she can be very high maintenance and moody. As soon as we arrived at Geraldine's house, Cora was playing with her toys immediately and seeked cuddles from Geraldine. Geraldine kept us updated with Cora's progress and shared lots of adorable pictures. She also shared the cutest report card that summarizes Cora's stay. It was super helpful to understanding how Cora behaved during her stay. Geraldine's communication is excellent and always answered my questions expeditiously! Having Coraline boarded and cared for by Geraldine was like getting VIP pet care. Geraldine's home is located in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood with a roomy fenced in backyard for your pup to safely roam around. She also has water bowls placed around various locations in her house to ensure your pup is well hydrated. I would not hesitate to ask Geraldine to watch Coraline in the future. Emily was a lifesaver. We had to come to Augusta for our son in law's cancer surgery. It ended up taking way longer than we expected and Emily was very flexible with her schedule and even offered to let him spend the night if we needed to. We didn't but just having the option was a relief. Buddy had a great time, based on the pictures she sent. Plus, when he got in the car he was pretty exhausted. It was so much better than leaving him cooped up in our AirBnB alone all day! Thanks so much Emily! We would definitely use Emily again!
