House Sitting in West Union

Grey was amazing! Our usual sitter had a last minute conflict come up right before a trip. I had never used Rover before and was a little apprehensive, but immediately felt reassured by Grey’s initial correspondence which was super clear. We did a meet and greet before which Grey also made super easy for us, and it was really clear that he was asking great questions (things that made it clear he was a professional and that reassured this newbie who was feeling a little unsure right before a big trip). After the meeting I immediately felt a huge weight off my shoulders. We continued to stay in touch before the trip, Grey was proactive about checking in and accommodating about handoff process and schedule. He was great about sending updates while we were away and was so sweet about the antics of my furballs. I felt like my fur goblins and my place were in really good hands. He was great about hand off too and asked how I wanted to do it. I told him that it would be great if we could overlap but that I understood if he had appointments when we got back. He confirmed he would make sure to be here and give us a pretty healthy window. Our flight ended up being delayed 2 hours and he waited for us without hesitation. He was so great about our check back in - told us funny anecdotes about his time and made me feel like he truly cared about the well being of our pets and home. Honestly, I think the place was cleaner when I got back than when I left and it was super clear my babies had been taken care of. I would give him a million stars if I could. From one dog parent to another, I can 1000% recommend Grey.

Magan is super friendly and great with my boys, dog & cat! Flexible with times and took care of house while I was away.

We love Kristin. She is so kind and caring with our pups. She is attentive and keeps us informed each day. We really appreciate her and she will always be our first choice when she is available.

Tracy was great. Our puppy was super happy. It takes a long time for Coco to be relaxed with a stranger and with Tracy it was instant. I will definitely book her again.

Martin and Courtney are the best. My girl Sammi is 14 years old and is reactive with most other dogs. I need someone to stay overnight with her. They not only did that,but on the morning I left Martin was here at 5 AM to make sure Sammi wouldn't be alone to start her day. Great pictures daily. When I got home I could tell the 3 of them had bonded. I highly reccomend them and so does Sammi

Mayia is amazing, Precious loved her and so do I. I trusted her in my home with Precious and she did not disappoint. She sent pictures, videos and updates which I loved. I will be booking her in the future.

Susie took care of our dogs recently and we couldn’t have been more pleased with her services. We knew they were well taken care of and she has a natural way with them and really understood their personalities and quirks. She kept us posted with pictures and updates. Great house and dog sitter.
