Mikayla was wonderful! I contacted her very last minute and she was able to work with me and even did a meet and greet with the dogs before the scheduled appointment. She was super understanding and I felt reassured that my babies were in good hands!

Jonathan was professional, kind, truly loves animals. I didn't feel uneasy at all having him watch our 4 dogs. All of our dogs have their own spicy personalities and Jonathan handled them with ease. Everyone was well cared for. He was also super accommodating with our back and forth travel schedule. Thanks Jonathan!! Will definitely reach out for future needs.

Carrie and Kurt have taken such good care of our pups. They send so many pictures during the check in and the pups look so happy. We will definitely be using them in the future. 🐾🐶❤️

Dara has been a life saver. She’s so flexible and so helpful. She’s always so reliable. She’s so great with our group of dogs and she treats them like they’re her own. We have been lucky enough to have Dara help us several times and she is outstanding. We could not recommend her enough.

Kathy was incredibly quick to respond to my request and accommodating with her schedule. She is so nice and personable, and did an amazing job taking care of my cat. I've never seen my cat warm up to someone as quickly as she did with Kathy, and I will definitely request her in the future! She is awesome!

Alyssa was so awesome when taking care of my puppy Burton! She kept me updated on his well being and provided lots of pictures - highly recommend!

This was our first time using River and Haven made it such a great experience! She was very kind, accommodating, and kept in contact with updates our whole trip. We will definitely be using her again in the future! We never leave our fur babies at home without us but she made us feel at ease with going away.

Sarah was a wonderful sitter for our fur babies while we were away! She was able to book on short notice, which was very much appreciated. She spent so much time with our kitties, which I’m sure they loved! I got the cutest photos and Sarah kept me updated with each visit. I’m very pleased and would book with her again! :)
