5 stars across the board! Donna is professional, knowledgeable and loving. You won’t go wrong! I am so glad I made the right choice and will continue to book with her. Our fur baby was comfortable, spoiled, and had lots of fun with Donna & her furbabies. We enjoyed beautiful captured photos & videos of zoomies & naps! ? Thank you so much Donna for spoiling our baby, you are amazing! ?

Far and away our best experience yet. Vilma was very kind and put us at ease about leaving Whimsy while we spent time with my wife's family while we were visiting Charleston. She gave Whimsy a much needed trim around the eyes and would have given her a bath had we been able to extend the visit. We are already scheduled to return and see Vilma in a couple of months during our next visit.

Words cannot express how incredible Sam was with Ari (Border Collie). My partner and I were taking a 5 day sailing course and had to find a sitter to take care of Ari. I must have contacted at least 15 daycares in Charleston and spoken with 20 sitters on Rover. Sam was the only person that I felt comfortable with and trusted. We had a meet and greet the day before, just to make sure we could introduce her to Ari and get comfortable with her. After meeting her and seeing the well kept blue house, we knew Ari would be in good hands and we made the right decision. House: 10/10 - The house was immaculate - no small objects laying around, bedroom doors closed, and very tidy and clean. Garden: 10/10 - Very well kept garden which was enclosed and fenced off. Communication: 10/10 - Sam was very quick and fast to respond and gave regular updates on Ari. She was very accommodating, punctual and polite. Dog Relationship: 10/10 - After our first day, Ari bolted straight towards Sam, which was a great relief knowing that they had a good relationship. Instructions: 10/10 - We have a set of instructions that we provided to Sam e.g., only feeding the food we leave, amount of treats to give, no leash greetings. I am just happy with the level of care Sam was able to offer Ari. I was so happy with how friendly and polite Sam was. She took incredible care of Ari. I am aware that everyone has their own standards when it comes to their dogs and I definitely fall in the higher end of the spectrum and it was not easy finding someone that was this professional and helpful. Thank you so much Sam! We were at ease knowing that Ari was under your care.

Kathy and her family took care of Oakley and I couldn’t leave more positive comments! She kept me updated, played with my crazy guy allll day, and was super diligent with all of his needs. They were awesome!! My dog loves them and will definitely be back!
