Bert was incredible. She loves animals and I was so blessed to find her as our resort in HH does not allow pets. She spoiled our kittie and sent pictures every day. My only concern was that Charley would not want to leave her! Can not recommend Bert high enough. She is the best and would not hesitate to use her again ❤️
