Dog Boarding in Alcoa

I wish I could give Viviana more than 5 stars ⭐️!! This was hands down one of the best experiences my dogs have ever had! My big Bernese girls seemed so happy ? They went swimming, played with other dogs outside and slept for two days after their doggie-vacation! I loved that every single day I received at least 20 photos and a personalized YouTube video of my dogs! It makes traveling for work so much better when you know your fur-kids are happy! I cannot thank Viviana enough and would HIGHLY recommend her services. Will absolutely be using her for all of my future travel needs.

We were so pleased with Kelly! This was our first time using Rover and we were extremely nervous leaving our (also anxious) pup, but Kelly quickly eased our worries. We were gone for a week and Kelly sent photos, videos and messages everyday of our happy little pup. She loved her just like we would! We are so so thankful and will definitely be reaching out to her again!

She has been very sweet with my baby, she has taken care of her very well and she is very special to us in the family, we trust her and without a doubt I recommend her and I will continue to leave my baby for her to take care of me

Sully is our 14-week Lab pup, and this was his first time away from home. We are very protective parents, but no need to be here. Nikki could not have been sweeter!! She obviously has tons of experience, and loves her charges like her own. Sully went on a big adventure in a park, played ball and got the tons of attention and love he needed while we were away. Nikki kept us involved with lots of pictures and videos, and the only concern we had was whether our Little Man would want to come home after having so much fun with his new Bestie!!! Thank you so much Nikki!!

I can't say enough great things about Jessica! She recently watched my dog, Ace, and the experience was absolutely fantastic. From the moment I reached out, Jessica was responsive and professional. I loved receiving all the photo and video updates during Ace's stay. It was heartwarming to see him having such a good time, playing and getting plenty of love alongside her dog, Tucker. Her kids even joined in the fun, playing fetch with Ace, which is his absolute favorite activity! I would 100% recommend Jessica to anyone looking for a reliable and caring pet sitter. She provides a fantastic service, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thank you, Jessica, for taking such great care of Ace!

This ended up being a last minute booking and Kristi was absolutely wonderful! Great communication, lots of pictures and extremely easy with last minute changes with pickup and drop off times. She was wonderful with our 13 year old cockapoo!

Clay was great. He was prompt with communicating and flexible with scheduling. Our dog enjoyed the large area to roam and we got pictures to put our mind at ease. Our dog required an eye ointment for a recent eye infection which Clay had no problem administering. Would definitely choose again if in the area.

Melanie was absolutely terrific! She was open to setting up a meet and greet before we boarded Eddie with her. She and her husband are incredibly friendly and welcoming and Eddie had the best time! Melanie kept me updated on how Eddie was doing and sent me pictures and videos. I would highly recommend Melanie to anyone looking to board their fur babies!

April was so very nice, i loved that she had a fenced in yard and doggie door so my baby could run in/out as he pleased. Was really happy when she said "she would be happy with keeping Cash (my dog) again." I felt very comfortable after her sending me a pic and messages stating that he was having fun and was content. I will definitely be using April again in the near future.

Rachel is super sweet and welcoming!! Asks important questions to get to know you and your pet. Was flexible with my drop off and pick up time. Let’s just say my baby was sad to leave because he had a blast!!! She has a bigger dog and I have a small puppy, he dog was super gentle with my puppy and they enjoyed each others company. She WILL be my go to!!!

Stevin was friendly, communicative, and great sitter for our 2 year old Scottie. We really appreciated him being able to host an unspayed female in heat, since many sitters are not able to accommodate that. We got lots of pictures and updates, and Ber had a great time. Stevin will be one of our go-to sitters.

Barbara was great with my elderly dog. She showed him so much love and care. He had a lot fun hanging out with his new pet friends. I will book with her again!

Riley took very good care of my 2 fur babies & I will definitely ask her to watch my babies again! Bama & Belle were relaxed with her & usually they are anxious when I leave them. I completely trust Riley to keep them safe & happy!

Wow. Michael communicates well with 1x-2x updates each day that includes pictures or videos. Also the space he has to take care of dogs is a great space! Will definitely be a repeat customer.

Kristy was great with my two dogs! Although, there was an incident with one of mine, Kristy was great, as well as Rover support, in finding a new sitter. I was out of town, so she even drove my dogs to the new sitters house. I really appreciated that.
