Cassandra is very friendly and loves animals. We felt very comfortable having her take care of our dogs twice daily in our home while we went on vacation.

Rebecca was fantastic with my fur babies! She even made sure to clean the eye of my very shy black cat, James even though he usually runs away from new people. She was prompt when we have our initial interview and kept in touch with me when we were out of town. She's very detail orientated and you can tell she has a passion for animals!

Cody and Rachel did a phenomenal job with our pup! This was my first time using Rover, and I was admittedly nervous about leaving our dog in someone else’s care. From the meet-and-greet to the day of the drop-in visit, they completely put my worries at ease. I left both written instructions and messages regarding our dog’s care, and they not only met every expectation but went above and beyond. They even checked in to let us know that if our event ran longer, they’d be happy to take our dog out again. It’s rare to find such genuinely caring people, and I can’t recommend Cody and Rachel highly enough!

Booked 4 weekend drop in visits on super short notice (<24 hours) with Lucia; including changing the time of the first visit the same day. She communicated very effectively on each visit. She was very patient with my dogs, who can be very difficult when it comes to new people. Went above and beyond by offering to clean up any messes when they refused to go outside. 10/10 would recommend!
