Doggy Day Care in Alder Branch

She loves animals and it shows. She is very good at what she does. My dog has not had a potty accident inside as yet. Highly recommend her.

Cassy has been fantastic. We coordinated months in advance, Cassy has been quick to respond and always answered or addressed our concerns. When it came closer to Cassy watching our GSD we made The final coordination. On the day of the event everything went well. We did have one issue but it was our problem. We were late picking our GSD up. But Cassy was very understanding about what had happened and was very cooperative. My wife and I felt horrible for being late and still feel that way today. But Cassy was wonderful about everything. Our GSD had a great time. Cassy had two other pups there and our pup had a great time. I know she had a good time because the next day she seems a little depressed. She misses Cassy and the other new playmates she had. But she will be going back because Cassy is going to watch her at least one more day. We would strongly recommend Cassy if You are in the Pigeon Forge TN area. Cassy also sent Pictures throughout the day so we know everything was going well.

Thank you Zach for taking great of Zoey for us while our family spent the day at Dollywood! Zach was very responsive with communication and Zoey was happy when we picked her up. For anyone going to Dollywood, Zach’s house is located near the park so it’s a great option if you have a furry friend traveling with you.

Ryan took great care of our pup and went above and beyond to accommodate our own needs as well. His daughter is the sweetest as well! We will definitely be a repeat customer when we return to the area.

Tracy was so kind and took great care of our Boba! She was very responsive and sent us lots of updates. Definitely recommend if you’re visiting the area!

Sarah was prompt in responding to our request and asked very good questions about our pet. Her space is ideal for watching dogs and when we met Sarah it was apparent how much she cares. All together a spectacular experience and we recommend Sarah without hesitation!

Tracey is truly the best dog nanny we could have asked for! Our Charlie pup had a wonderful time staying with her. She’s incredibly sweet and took such great care of our furry son. We loved getting pictures of Charlie throughout the day—it made us feel so connected while we were away. On top of being a fantastic dog sitter, Tracey is also a talented baker! We can’t wait for her to reopen her bakery; everyone should check it out when they get the chance. Her place in Gatlinburg is super convenient, especially since it’s close to the Westgate Resort. We’re especially grateful to Tracey for keeping Charlie until after 10 PM so my husband, son, and I could enjoy some family time at The Island. She even surprised our son with a big ball, which he absolutely loves! Tracey has such a warm presence, always offering hugs and smiles that make you feel right at home. I can't recommend her enough. Our family adores her, and we’ll definitely be reaching out to her again in the future!

Great experience! Emily and Jimmy are extremely accommodating and friendly. Winston enjoyed his walks, the fenced in yard, and playing with their adorable toddler, Isaac. Perfectly clean house as well. Will be using again!

Kiki has always been incredibly flexible with us. She is consistent with updates and pictures, and her family is always incredibly welcoming to our dogs. I can not recommend her enough.

Kristy is amazing!!! My husband and I felt so comfortable leaving our little beagle with her! She has such a sweet and calm demeanor. We were so thankful how easy going she was, flexible and how she met all our needs. We loved that she had a backyard for our boy and she treated him just like her own. We highly recommend Kristy!! Jenny is absolutely amazing!! We love her so much. We trust her 100% with our new puppy. Our teacup maltipoo puppy started going to her for daycare at only 8 weeks old. He is now almost 6 months and still going to daycare with Jenny. Jenny has kept our puppy out of danger with him being so tiny (teacup). She even noticed a concern with his eyes and told us to make a vet appointment. She is very observant and so good to all animals. Her house and backyard (fenced in) provides a safe and loving environment to her clients’ pets. She always sends multiple pictures and videos of my puppy through the day, every day. It is so great and reassuring to see how my puppy is doing throughout the day. Some days, my puppy doesn’t want to come home with me and wants to stay with her! He’s now learned if I say “do you want to go to Miss Jenny’s?” he will bounce up and down with excitement. He loves her and her home. Jenny has also been teaching him tricks such as, how to sit, stay and high 5 (or paw). She feeds him throughout the day and makes sure he gets plenty of water - since he is a growing puppy. Jenny is absolutely wonderful with all pets and I am so happy we found her through Rover! I would highly recommend Jenny to everyone and any pet - big or tiny, calm or energetic. I cannot say enough great things about Jenny and her service, she is just fantastic!

We are so grateful that Deborah was recommended to us! She is extremely nice and clearly loves dogs. Our dog took to her and her dog quickly. We will be booking more visits with her!
