Very professional and amazing! It was a very last minute booking and she was phenomenal. Even my cat who usually hides from strangers was out and let herself being petted.

this is the second time jill has looked after grumble, and she’s been amazing both times! it’s amazing to know i have someone i can trust while i’m out of town!!

Our cat is one of those cats that is a little temperamental and takes awhile to warm up to people but with Cassy he instantly loved her. She knew exactly how to pet him and understood cat behavior. During our time out of town, we got pics and videos from Cassy showing her playing with him or petting him and him just loving on her. She texted how he was doing. Cassy is so nice and accommodating and obviously loves and is good with animals. Will be booking again.

Madison exceeded all expectations! Our regular pet sitter had an unexpected emergency right before we left on a two week trip, the longest we’ve ever been away from our two fur babies. Needless to say we were devastated and left scrambling to find a reliable and trustworthy substitution. Madison did a meet and greet beforehand to explain her qualifications, answered any questions we had, and made sure to thoroughly understand the expectations of what we needed done to ensure peace of mind for us. She provided extensive details for us everyday and sent cute pictures of our animals so we could get a glimpse of how they were faring while we were away. She really takes the time to get to know the animals and it is reflected in her outstanding work ethic how much she truly cares. I would recommend her to anyone and everyone needing a sitter.
