Judy was a lifesaver! Not only did she do everything the way I asked (and I can be pretty particular) her updates were informative, and she was always so kind. Then my plane flight was cancelled due to weather and I couldn’t fly home for two more days, without hesitation she was able to keep coming out to see the animals. Haley was awesome! She watched our 2 cats and her communication during our trip was fantastic! She played with our kitties and spoiled them during her check-in visits. One of our cats can be a bit shy with people, but she was super snuggly with Haley which obviously meant she was comfortable with her. I knew they were in good hands. We will definitely be using Haley for our next trip!
