My cat doesn't like change so this was definitely a big one for him. He liked them enough to eat for them so that showed me they did a wonderful job. Once home he was perfectly fine and was relaxed in mintues meaning his time at thier place wasn't as stressful as my worries! Lol. I'd give a 10 if I could.

Rosaanna is very sweet and has an obvious love for animals! Both of my kitties loved her when we did our meet and greet. Even my shy girl was coming up to her for pets and sniffs (she usually hides around new people). Rosaanna did everything I asked and more. Samantha comes to watch our fur baby any time we go out of town! She is reliable, prompt, and sends me the cutest pics when she visits him. She is great!
Jess did an amazing job. Our cat's regimen changed at the last minute right before we left for a trip. Turns out she needed some medicine. Jess handled the situation with great patience and aptitude. She is awesome! Our cat has since fully healed, in great part due to Jess being so gracious and responsible with her.
