Rebecca was wonderful - responsive, responsible - a delight to work with. Meticulously on time, a picture of food bowls every day, willingness to carry in all the packages that arrived while we were gone - so helpful! Our scaredy cat never came out from hiding while she was there, but she went to the trouble to take a picture of him hiding under the bed! Proof of life!! Nothing but the highest rating for her - we will def engage her again the next time we travel.

Great updated and very communicative!

This was our first time using Rover, and Lisa was great. She was friendly to work with, and extremely conscientious. She gave us regular updates on all four cats, and really helped make our first experience a good one.

My cats immediately loved Olivia, they usually hide from new people but I got daily updates and photos which put me at ease leaving them for a week! It is obvious she is an animal person, so who better to entrust your pets well being with. She went above and beyond I would 100% book her again! Thank you again Olivia!

I was nervous about leaving my nervous cat alone, but Emma was great with her and managed to coax her out from her hiding spots each day! I could tell by the pictures that Ruby felt comfortable with her. I highly recommend Emma and would definitely use her again in the future!
