Dog Boarding in Kimberlin Heights

My first time leaving my fur baby with someone other than family and I couldn’t have had a better experience ! Kristy sent multiple pictures and updates. My dog had a wonderful time and I will definitely use her again when needed!

Ann was so genuinely kind, and was so reassuring that Gracie was in good hands. Gracie gets meds along with a bedtime snack of yogurt. That can be a pain for someone! Ann gave Gracie everything she needed with no complaints. She also sent daily pictures, and Ann was very quick to respond when I sent messages. Thank you so much, Ann!!

Kiki was fantastic. Our Dane Willow was exhausted from playing for a few days with her dogs. Very nice to come back to. Their property has plenty of space for dogs to run. She was very flexible on pickup/drop off times. Thanks for everything Kiki, we will be a returning customer for sure

Erin (& Mason!) couldn't have been more awesome! From the quick response time to the incredible flexibility, they made this whole stay swift and easy! We don't board our dog often as she's a service dog, but if I were ever boarding again, Erin would be our first choice! She sent very regular updates and photos and made sure Nicole was pampered and very well taken care of. I'm surprised she was willing to leave when we showed up! Highly recommend!!!! Cassy was really fabulous. Kept us updated the entire stay sending videos and pics of our fur babies. Unfortunately our older pup got stressed being in a crate and made a mess, but Cassy kindly cleaned her up and gave her a bath.

We will definitely be bringing our Beagle back to Caitlin. She has a beautiful home, lots of space, took her for walks through their trails and sent pictures/updates every day. We've used Rover before and Caitlin is definitely the best we've booked with yet. Thank you again for taking such good care of her!

Good communication and good availability for drop off and pick up. Frances also was happy to do a meet and greet to calm my nerves as this was my first time leaving my dog with a “stranger”.

Emily took care of our Khloe for ten days while we were on vacation. She was very prompt in responding any time we contacted her. She sent pictures to us every day. She has a fenced yard and a nice house. Khloe seemed to enjoy her stay but of course was happy to see us when we picked her up to go home. We highly recommend her to take care of your dog.

This was our first time using rover.com. We loved all the photos and even the video we received while we were away to see how our pup was doing. Viviana was always very quick to reply and keep us updated on our pups visit. If we need care for our pup again we would be happy to use Viviana and Brian. Deborah was amazing! She kept us updated the entire time we were out of town, and her dog and our golden doodle got along so so well! When we picked him up he seemed sad to leave and has been sleeping like a baby since. We will definitely book her again!

First time for Annie staying the night—we have done day dates with Ryan and his family before. It was amazing they are such a loving family and I was convinced Annie would not want to leave! 😅 rebooking again this weekend! I love getting the videos and pictures, it gives me peace of mind. Allyson & Tyler did a great job taking care of October! They sent lots of photos & updates. They even replaced October’s food bowl when it accidentally broke which was unnecessary but very kind. We have no doubt our dog was in great hands in their care!
