Dog Boarding in Kimberlin Heights

Ann was a life saver. We ended up having to ask her to keep our dog, Luna on a very short notice and Ann was graciously able to accommodate us. Luna had a great time and was very well taken care of. I got regular updates and pictures of Luna, which was very comforting. We are tremendously grateful to Ann for everything, and having saved our mini vacation

Kristy was wonderful. Kept updating me with pictures. And takes good care of the doggies sho goes above and beyond. Definitely booking with her again.

Kiki was great, incredibly beyond expectations accommodating to me and my schedule and handled his meds with no problems. I got regular updates and Silas had his first experienced with a kitty up close and personal! I don't live in the area, but off I did, she'd be my regular!

Joe did a great job with our dog! He sent us pictures and updates along the way. Our pup was in good spirits when I picked him up. Will use again!

Brutus had a great time with Caitlin and her family. She took such good care of him. He had medications that he needed to take while he was there and she had no problem administering them to ensure his health stayed in tip-top shape. Caitlin sent us photos and updates the entire time so we had peace of mind while we were away. We will definitely be booking with her again!

Cassy was really fabulous. Kept us updated the entire stay sending videos and pics of our fur babies. Unfortunately our older pup got stressed being in a crate and made a mess, but Cassy kindly cleaned her up and gave her a bath.

We were traveling through town and wanted to take our boys to Wilderness of the Smokies but needed to find somewhere for our sweet dog Yoshimi to stay. Tracy was very accommodating to our last minute request to book and Yoshimi was very well cared for while we were having fun. Tracy sent us a bunch of photos as Yoshimi got settled in, she even had an awesome sunset photo shoot with some of her homegrown pumpkins! We will definitely utilize Tracy's services again in the future if we are back in the area. Highly recommend.

Erin (& Mason!) couldn't have been more awesome! From the quick response time to the incredible flexibility, they made this whole stay swift and easy! We don't board our dog often as she's a service dog, but if I were ever boarding again, Erin would be our first choice! She sent very regular updates and photos and made sure Nicole was pampered and very well taken care of. I'm surprised she was willing to leave when we showed up! Highly recommend!!!! Boarding my dogs let me sit back and relax in the mountains. Great communication and fantastic peace of mind that my pups were well taken care of!

Good communication and good availability for drop off and pick up. Frances also was happy to do a meet and greet to calm my nerves as this was my first time leaving my dog with a “stranger”.

Dee was awesome, right from the start! She responded quickly to our urgent plea at the last minute to keep our mini schnauzer for 5 days. From our first phone conversation to, now, the day after picking her up we know we made the best choice. Our dog nose booped her right away and even left my husband and me behind to immediately follow her into her house (which she NEVER does). She instantly made friends with Dee’s sweet chihuahua, Luna. We got plenty of photos and updates to keep us up to date on her stay. She was happy and energetic when we picked her up and even went over and laid at Dee’s feet while we chatted! Even today, our dog is not her normal mopey/clingy self that she normally is after we leave her with a sitter. Do not hesitate to hire Dee to keep your dog. She is a gem and truly a loving spirit that does this because it is her passion! We will definitely be using her again when we visit the area again.

This was a very good experience. I take regular trips north and this is on the way. Very clean and neat home and very friendly. Thank you Shannon.

Nancy was the best. She treats your pet as if they belong to her. Paris had a great time with her.

Viv was fantastic and Merlin had a blast. She sent tons of pictures of Merlin throughout the stay at various times of the day and is always accommodating.

We have had the pleasure of booking with Lauryn for two long term stays. She has been so accommodating to our high needs senior dog. She was so understanding and patient with him through a rough thunderstorm and his normal high anxiety level. We even learned that he does well in a diaper over night from her. She was so understanding when our flight got delayed by an extra day and a few hours. My family is so grateful to have Lauryn and her family.

They were awesome once again! Will be booking with them in the future!
