John (Jessica's husband) was wonderful and did a great job with our Lab and housecat. He gave medications, fed, walked, and attended to everything while we were out of town. They were wonderful about communication before, during, and after the Rover visits. This was our first time using them and Rover.com and we couldn't be more pleased! We will definitely call on them again in the future when our plans take us away from home.
Carrie is 100% the BEST. Our babies love her and she loves them. We love the picture that she sends with the updates. she takes fantastic care of them and we never worry about them while we are gone.
