Okay... This is my third time reviewing Lisa, but unlike the two previous reviews: today she was introduced to my high energy puppy. And she loved her, which makes a dog mom happy. Lisa is always super communicative, flexible, and quick with responses.
My dog's a little old lady and can be a bit hesitant about new people, but Emily won her over! Emily also sent a great summary of how the walk went, and I appreciated the photo updates :) I'm sure Coco's looking forward to the next walk.
