Alexandra went above and beyond to care for our little Dawn! Our pup has some special needs and had some accidents that Alexandra handled very well. She gave us detailed updates and photos, and was always punctual and professional. This was our first time using rover and we were hesitant about the concept, but had a great experience with Alexandria. We can’t recommend her enough!

Leanne was great! She kept me updated with pictures throughout my trip and filled me in on how things were going. I came home to a very happy pup!

Piper is amazing! She took great care of our 3 month old puppy, who immediately loved her. She is absolutely an animal person who is very knowledgeable about their health and care, including cognitive enrichment. We will definitely continue to ask Piper to care for him whenever we need help.

I was so grateful that Tahreem was able to step in at the last minute to check on my cats when another sitter had to cancel unexpectedly. She played with my cat that will come out & sent pictures every day. My other cat is shy & hides very well.

Zhiting was very loving to my two cats and graciously made herself available when I left town on short notice. One of my cats is going through some tummy troubles and had a couple of accidents while I was away. Zhiting cleaned up after her and made sure both cats got lots of playtime and had everything they needed.
