Dog Boarding in Roan Mountain

Carola was quick to respond from the very beginning. We met ahead of our trip to meet and introduce our dog to her and her home. She sent pictures and videos of our little Piper enjoying herself throughout the week, which we really appreciated.

Jemena is a treasure. Rosie was very happy playing and staying with new friends. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone for a short stay, a long stay and day care. Lynn Frazier

She took amazing care of my dog, Dolly, and made sure that all the dogs were safe and comfortable. I really appreciated the updates and photos she sent, it gave me peace of mind. Great experience—communication before and during Jeter’s stay with Chesnut was fantastic. She really went above and beyond to make sure that Jeter had everything he needed. Highly recommend her.

Penguin and Ducky had a great time at Kara’s place! She was great to work with and was flexible and understanding regarding some last-minute changes to the booking and itinerary, even meeting us in Boone to pickup my girls so that I could spend more time with my family and friends during my brother’s bachelor party weekend. Kara is also a great photographer and sent awesome photos and videos of my pups playing with other dogs. She always responded quickly whenever I reached out to her. Can definitely recommend!

for a last minute booking she accepted our fur babies really quickly. when we picked them up the seemed like they were happy and we taken care of. only gave 4 stars because we didn't get the updates the offered us

Our Havanese puppy Oliver had a wonderful time with Lilly and her toddler son, cats and dog! The “meet & greet” that Lilly suggested the day before Oliver’s visit really helped with Oliver feeling comfortable with her. Definitely plan to use Lilly’s pet services in the future!

Simon did a 5/5 job with our dogs. They seemed to have fun and were exhausted when I picked them up. He also stayed up late to give me time to travel back and get them as soon as I got home. Will be using Simon again!

Alyson and her family were awesome! They accepted our reservation last minute and took wonderful care of our dogs. They only kept them for a few hours but we still got plenty of pictures and updates. They also came home completely happy and worn out. We'll definitely call on Alyson again.

Couldn’t be happier with Craig and his wife’s care. Aubie was happy and well cared for. I was afraid he didn’t want to leave! Craig also keep us posted with pictures etc. Kind and warm family. Now I don’t have to worry about Aubie. Thank you!
