Dog Boarding in Townsend

Cody and Rachel treated my pups like they were their own! I appreciated their flexibility and communication - will definitely be using them again!

Elizabeth took such great care of our Honey, and sent pictures and updates during the stay. Highly recommend Elizabeth, and will be utilizing her for times we need Honey to be kept overnight.

Gatlin is a loving dog and loves being with people. Viviana took excellent care of him. When we visit Gatlinburg, we will be bringing Gatlin to stay with Viviana again.

Ann did a great job with communication and was able to accommodate our dog for an extra day when our schedule changed. She took our dog on walks and was patient with his puppy energy! :) Very thankful for her care for him while we were away!

Kelly is heaven-sent! She was able to watch our dogs last minute when our other sitter canceled. She sent us photos each day as well as an update shortly they settled in. She made our pups feel at home, and we couldn’t ask for anything more! We look forward to our next visit.

Another great sleep over for Sully. Jessica and her family love on our boy just like we do. As soon as we turn down their street his excitement level goes up knowing how much fun he will have. Thanks again Jessica!!

Dawn was absolutely amazing!! This was a last minute booking for unexpected maintenance, and she was perfect. Her house is big and lovely for boarding, and she has a wide back yard for play. Even though my boy cat is a scardy pants, he did well with her, and my little girl had the time of her life! Definitely booking again if I need! Thank you so much, again!

I can feel safe knowing Cassandra is taking care of my dog. I love the photo updates and feel like she really understands my dog’s personality and takes great care of her.

Teddy had a great time. We appreciate the daily photos and videos, gave us peace of mind. Teddy was well taken care of, will definitely use again.

Joseph was great! He was very communicative and was able to accommodate me last minute. Doc warmed up to him and his wife immediately (and I did too.) Great experience and won’t hesitate to reach out the next time I’m in town!

Zero seemed to love staying with Sandra for the week. She went above and beyond trying to work with him when he had trouble eating. The daily photos she sent gave me peace of mind he was doing well in her care. She was a great match for our little guy.

Kristy was wonderful! She took great care of my baby. Definitely re-booking with her only moving forward! She made my first Rover experience so easy and at ease!

Kathy took great care of Pokey! She was kind and professional in coordinating logistics, and she obviously loves dogs and is very knowledgeable about their needs. Pokey also had the best time playing with her dog and running in her big fenced yard- he came home happy and relaxed. Will book again.

April and her husband were such sweet people! They took our dog last minute due to a cancellation with another dog sitter. They used to have a lab so they were very good with our chocolate lab. Definitely recommend and we will be requesting her again in the future!

My pup, Ripley, was well taken care of and was super comfortable with Penny :) She loved having the yard to run around in! Penny was always quick to respond and sent updates with pictures of my sweet girl :) Already have plans to book with her again!

Absolutely wonderful family! Very caring and such great animal caregivers. If you have not had the chance to use them, then you owe it to yourself to do so, you will definitely not be disappointed.

Tami was the BEST sitter I have ever used from Rover! Annie was being a "fussy" girl and wouldn't eat... but Tami and I had a plan of action for this and she (Tami) kept me informed about Annie's progress each day! I'm so overwhelmed by the amount of feedback I received from her and Annie was so happy in her care! She came home very relaxed and comfortable, I knew she was taken care of while I was away from her. That is the best feeling EVER!!! Thank you Tami and Rover for having a wonderful person and platform for me to find someone like Tami to care for Annie in the future!!!

Our princess (aka dog) loved Joan! She is a rescue with trust/security issues that are sometimes misunderstood by strangers. We did a meet and greet before our trip. Our "princess" took to Joan immediately! When we picked her up after an 8 day trip, we could tell she was very happy and even gave Joan some lovin's before she left!

Ashley was always responsive, from the messages I received when I contacted her. She always sent me photos and even lent my dog a sweater because he was freezing (he had short hair and had just gotten out of grooming when I brought him in). He slept with her. I almost never leave my dog with anyone because I always take him with me wherever I go. Unfortunately, I couldn't do that this time, and if I had to leave him with someone again in Knoxville, I would leave him with her because she's an excellent caregiver. Thank you for pampering my doki so much; my dog means a lot to me. I recommend her 100 percent. And their dogs are good hosts too, I loved them 💕

Erin (& Mason!) couldn't have been more awesome! From the quick response time to the incredible flexibility, they made this whole stay swift and easy! We don't board our dog often as she's a service dog, but if I were ever boarding again, Erin would be our first choice! She sent very regular updates and photos and made sure Nicole was pampered and very well taken care of. I'm surprised she was willing to leave when we showed up! Highly recommend!!!!
