Joseph is wonderful. I am a student at VT and sometimes my I can't get home to walk my dog (Baymax) like I hoped to. I can message Joseph and he'll respond right away. Lucky for me, so far Joseph has always been able to walk Baymax even when it's last notice. He responds promptly and is even willing to answer my questions about how Baymax is doing. For someone like me who is always anxious about my dog being happy, Joseph has been a dog send (hehe get it??).

We always enjoy reading the fun reports Marianne leaves about Cody's mood, walks, and sunbathing. It brings us such comfort to know our old pup is being well cared for. Thank you!
