My cat hates the pet lodge and who could blame him. A pet sitter is the better option. If you want a reliable, local pet sitter in Tehachapi, I recommend Helen. I've used her a couple times for extended vacations and received daily updates with photos of my cat. My cat seems to be happy and healthy when I return home, and I have a lot less anxiety about going out of town.
She was absolutely amazing with my Boy Scout! She came and met us before hand and you could tell by how she was with scout that she is a true animal lover! Will definitely use her again!
As always, Vanessa does a great job looking after my cat. Sheβs responsive and friendly and sends me pictures of my cat while Iβm away. When I was away this week, she even opted to stay a little longer with him, just because. ππ»π
She sent pictures of all my animals. My cat even warmed up to her and my older dog was even bringing her toys to play. And my cuddly baby was already cuddling in her lap by day two!! She kept me informed of my babies and was very punctual. Will definitely use again.
