Stephanie is absolutely amazing. She truly cares about our three fur babies and always keeps us updated on the little things she notices. She is also an amazing pet photographer. We really enjoyed checking the photos, videos and updates from Stephanie. Thank you so much for taking care of boys!

She was proactive, highly communicative, and exceptionally attentive, especially with Cora, who requires a level of care that can honestly feel like a full-time operations role. She paid close attention to every detail, followed feedback immediately, and adjusted steps in real time, which allowed us to mitigate issues quickly and get Cora back on track fast. Her calm, thoughtful approach and grace under pressure made an inherently stressful situation feel completely manageable. Cora is now officially spoiled and may expect this level of white-glove service going forward but that’s a testament to how well she was cared for. I had total peace of mind knowing my pets were in such capable, compassionate hands. Would trust her again without hesitation and recommend her to anyone who wants gold-standard pet care.

Rachel was awesome! My cat is kinda shy at first, but after one day Rachel and her were already friends! Rachel also sent me daily updates, pics and videos. Very easy communication. Highly recommend her for taking care of your pet.

Jean was fantastic! Our little one was very well taken care of and even got a job in tech support with her! (Jean works from home). Her work situation allowed for a lot of attention to be given to your dog/cat. We received daily updates with pictures. Our little guy didn’t want to leave at the end!
