She was incredibly attentive, kept us updated with photos and messages, and went above and beyond to make sure our cats were comfortable and happy. Mia was absolutely great! We will absolutely be using her again in the future. She was always on time and if anything changed she communicated that to us. She followed all the directions that we left for her. She spent a lot of time with beans and also sent us very cute videos and pictures

Cannon was amazing! I was super nervous to leave for 9 days since I'd never used this website before and also because it'd been so long since I'd taken a trip.
