Courtney was awesome! She agreed to meet and greet before sitting for us. She was very communicative and helpful with anything we asked! She left awesome detailed time cards for when she dropped in to visit. My babies loved her! We will 100% be booking her in the future! I highly recommend!

If I could give 10 stars I would, because Melanie is absolutely amazing!! This was the first time I used the Rover app so naturally I was a bit cautious, but the first time my pup and I met Melanie, any fears I had went away. Not only is Melanie very nice and kind, but she did a WONDERFUL job stopping by to take care of Harper when both me and my partner were away. She also is great at communicating with me about each visit as well as taking some truly amazing photos of Harper. Knowing that my canine child was in good hands and able to stay at her own home gave me a lot of comfort. I will definitely request Melanie again and highly recommend her to anyone needing a great animal sitter. Great job Melanie!!

I commissioned Janice to visit my two French bulldogs during a trip. She was always there on point and would send pictures showing how happy my dogs were — and that they ate and played, which made the trip stress-free.

Jingyi was amazing and really went above and beyond. We had a lot of drama with our house while we were leaving for our trip (none of it related to her), and she was very flexible and understanding. We also had a surprise medical issue with one of our cats, and she was wonderful about treating the problem and coordinating care with us. Would use her as a cat sitter again in a heartbeat!

We got our cats 6 months ago and were in need of a cat sitter. Lee met with me for a meet and greet so I was able to meet him and he could meet the cats and be familar with their routine. Lee was prompt, professional and did a great job watching our babies. I would definitely recommend him and plan to contact him for our future cat sitting needs.

Kayla dropped-in to help me socialize Phinney who is fearful of strangers. Kayla was great! I sent her some instructions on what to do prior to her drop-in and she followed those directions precisely. She has a calm demeanor and after a few minutes, she was able to establish a base level of trust with Phinney and give him treats. Kayla is very easy to work with: she's responsible and professional. Excellent communication. Prompt. Phinney and I look forward to having her drop in again.

Marcia was absolutely amazing! She came by before the booking to meet my pup and go over everything. She also sent lots of pictures - which every dog mom loves! Cannot recommend her enough!

Did a good job. My cats were not their normally traumatized selves once we returned. They are resuming their daily routines. It was nice seeing pictures of them during the week.
