Taylor was phenomenal. She was timely, flexible, detail oriented and took wonderful care of our cats. They have very different personalities and have very different needs. This was our first booking on Rover and I was so nervous but she was wonderful. We had detailed daily updates and the most adorable photos of each of the cats. She really went above and beyond, even clipped the nails of one cat (with permission obviously). We had a problem with our litter robot which she fixed on the first day. Our cat also lost her little RFID tag for her feeder and Taylor was able to find it. We would book her again without hesitation.

Megan was awesome with my boys and worked around my crazy schedule at the beginning of the booking! She’s very detail oriented and ensures everything is done right. I’m very grateful I found her and would recommend her to everyone!

Peyton was great!! She always takes such good care of my kitties when I’m out of town!
