April was great! She came over to meet our pups prior to our trip and was able to write down everything that was needed to ensure they were taken care of. Madison was great with my very shy little chihuahua mix. She kept me updated during the first visit and made sure everything was settled before she left. Opal is not easy to win over and she even let Madison give her some belly scratches!
