Julianna is the absolute best! I went out of town for a couple of days and Julianna went over to the house to feed them daily. She changed out their water and food, and sent me photos and videos of my dogs while I was away. My first time to use Rover! Shannon went above and beyond to help me with my first experience. She may have been a little to good! My dog kind of snubbed me for a few days, until he trained me to do things correctly like Shannon. I will defiantly be using her again.
