Isabella was great and understood the assignment! For this visit, my Pup Son Horchata was not himself due to some health concerns. Isabella followed all of my instructions and made it her priority to ensure this did not turn into a negative experience for Horchata. She was very gentle and caring with his wounds, and she communicated with me during her visit. Isabella will definitely be someone I book with in the future if I need assistance with Horchata. This was our first time using Tony and he was absolutely amazing! He took such good care of my boy and worked with him, highly recommend and I feel so much comfort knowing my boy is in great hands when I cant take him with me.

James was amazing with my dog while I was away. He was reliable, communicative, and genuinely cared for my pup like his own. He brought his dog over for a few visits and was very gentle and caring with mine. I came home to a happy, well-cared-for dog, and I couldn’t be more grateful.

Jaysa, was absolutely awesome with my puppy, and on short notice as well. Her daily checkins and photos she shared were really great, and helped me not to worry about him as he was in such great hands. Will definitely leverage Jaysa's passion for puppies in the future.

Chloe was great with my cat! He is a little persnickety, but he took to her right away and she was very patient with him. Sent me some good pics too. Will definitely use again.

Perfect example of someone who loves animals and takes her time with your fur babies! She responds quickly and was able to do a meet and greet on a moments notice.

After moving to a new location, pet care became an issue that we never had to worry about before. We had A LOT of anxiety about leaving our senior dog (that has health issues and separation anxiety) for a necessary trip... and boarding was never an option. We also have 3 cats so we weren't sure what we were going to do. We discovered Rover.com and although we were a little hesitant, we decided to give it a try. Sara H. took care of our crew for an extended weekend with drop in visits. She was nothing less than amazing and took care of them just like they were her own. Her communication was great and her updates were detailed and of great comfort. She made the entire experience from start to finish, worry free for us and our pets. Sara is personable, responsible, and we will most definitely use her again if the need arises.

Brook was amazing she sent us photos and updates for all our visits and made it easy to leave them with a new person! We will continue to use her!

Bernice always does a great job caring for our crew! She went above and beyond this time ensuring they had some water fun on a hot day! We will book again!

No tips needed. Anna was very professional and genuine. I’d use her again anytime! Great concern when one of my pets sustained a minor injury before she arrived, and everything was in good order when I arrived home. Also excellent communication before and during my trip!!!

Mallory is awesome. She provided great daily updates and pictures of our two cats while we were in Japan. Came home to happy and relaxed cats with clean litter boxes and fresh water. Having her look after them and give them love while we were away made a huge difference.
