This is my second time booking Tim, and just as before, he did a great job. Tim gave me regular updates, pics, and voluntarily went above and beyond the usual sitter expectations. My two cats are familiar with and fond of Tim -- I don't even know how he does that. I have no problem recommending Tim for anyone who needs peace of mind for their pets.

Lauren did a great job looking after Shadow & Willow. Although both are wary of strangers, they warmed up to her by the second day. We loved the pictures she sent. We will definitely use Lauren on our next trip.

Heather is absolutely amazing! Very professional and proficient, she was on time, and always sent updates of when she was on her way to the house for my cat Brady Michael. She always sent pictures and updates of how he was doing. I knew my cat was well taken care of and in good hands. When I came home, he was super chilled, relaxed and in good spirits.
