Pamela does an amazing job! We cannot recommend her enough! Pamela is extremely professional, timely with updates, and gives our cats the best care. Her level of communication is wonderful. From letting us know when she arrives to a detailed summary of the entire visit and lots of great photos. Karynne was absolutely amazing! We booked her last minute for our cat, Ramen, and she went above and beyond to make sure we felt confident he’d be well cared for. From the moment we met her, she was so genuine and accommodating. She sent us great photos and updates, and it was clear Ramen was happy and comfortable—honestly, he didn’t even want to leave when we picked him up! Her communication was excellent, and it’s such a relief knowing that when we need to travel again, we have someone Ramen truly loves. We are so grateful for her and highly recommend her to anyone needing a caring and attentive sitter.

This was my first time using Rover, so I searched for the person with the most reviews and highest rating combination and found Genniver. Her rating and reviews are well-earned. I have six cats and only two that were socialized with anyone outside my household, but after 2 days she had already bonded with 5 of them, and she was able to coax my last holdout into warming up to her on the third day. Genniver shared loads of photos and videos of my cats while I was across the country and she really set my mind at ease. She was also very responsible with applying thyroid medication to my oldest kitty, and sent me videos of that as well. I would recommend her to anyone in need of care for your cats, she is very good at this. Even if your cats are less social, she'll be scratching them behind the ears before you know it. Kathy has been such a relief for me when I travel. She is flexible with Lily’s needs and Lily has become extremely fond of her. Kathy also takes great pics and detailed notes.

Kim took such good care of our 4 kitties. She is reliable, caring, and efficient. This is our second time using Kim and we would definitely book with her again! The kitties always had plenty of food, clean water, treats, and clean litter boxes! She is also very easy to keep in touch with and kept us updated on our boys.
