I would highly recommend hiring Erica! She was responsive, great with our kitty, and gave amazing updates daily. It was really helpful knowing she was taking such good care of our girl every day while we were gone.

From the very beginning, she made sure Bailey had every creature comfort and treated her with so much patience and respect. She sent plenty of photos for our peace of mind, and she took the time to truly understand Bailey’s personality and routines—which made us feel completely confident in her care. She also went above and beyond—thoroughly cleaning Bailey’s litter box and keeping everything spotless. It was a blessing to find someone this attentive, thoughtful, and genuinely invested in our pet’s well‑being. We will absolutely be rebooking Olivia any time we need a Rover. She is truly outstanding.
