Raquel was truly awesome and very accommodating. We booked a very last minute appointment with her without any advance notice. Our boy, Winston, came home tired and enjoyed his stay meeting new friends. It’s always nice when Winston finds a place he enjoys visiting, where he is cared for, and treated with kindness. Bianca was amazing with our pup! From perfectly timed updates throughout her stay to an entire portfolio of beautifully shot photos she sends to capture moments of the day…it was every pup parent’s dream care scenario. Will definitely be a repeat booker!!

Jessica is amazing! Tofu had such a fun time with Boris and she kept us updated throughout the entire stay by sending us videos pictures and comments. It made us feel so comfortable that Tofu was in good hands. She went out of her way to make sure Tofu was happy and he came back a tired boy. She also updates the Rover card so we can see the entire progress of the day. We will be booking Jessica again she is the best!!
