Kathryn was phenomenal! Today I was scheduled to start a new job and our regular Rover called out ill. Eek! Kathryn saved the day and eliminated all the stress I had regarding care of my hyperactive little escape artist. She was easy to communicate with regarding, not only pick-up and drop-off times, but also our dog’s very specific care needs. She sent photos and updates mid morning, at lunch time and mid afternoon. She even took the time to send an adorable photo of our dog after pick-up. Could not be happier with the service received from Kathryn today. Am booking with her again! Highly Recommend!
