From the start, Sam was professional and responsive, quickly arranging a time to meet my cats and discuss their routine. During the visits, I received detailed updates with photos, so I always knew my pets were well cared for. Thank you Sam!!

Mikayla is the sweetest! she came home every day for 2 weeks while we were out of town to care for our cat baby and was super kind and attentive. This was during hurricane Beryl and she was very generous with her time, offering to help us out with some stuff in the house. We'd love to have her care for our pet any time again!

I couldn’t have asked for a better sitter for Ozzie while I was out of town! She was incredibly kind, communicative, and made me feel completely at ease leaving him in her care. I got regular updates and could tell she genuinely cared for him like he was her own. It’s never easy leaving your pet behind, but she truly made the whole experience feel safe and stress free. This is the first time I have used Rover and Nicki. Every day Nicki came on time and stayed the entire half an hour. Took care of my cat as I would have done myself. Absolutely no regrets and no complaints. From now on Nicki is going to be my go to cat sitter.
