Teresa was an amazing help when I had to leave town last-minute for a day trip and my pups needed someone to check in on them a few times. I loved the daily photos of each pup and her notes after each visit. Cannot thank Teresa enough for her time and taking such good care of my guys - would use her again in a heartbeat!

Alexander did a great job of keeping things tidy and keeping us updated. Of course I would have loved to have seen photos of my kitties but I know they are super shy; maybe next time they will bond a bit more with Alexander. Overall, cats were in good spirits when we returned and all was well.

We had a family emergency that required short notice travel that coincided with Thanksgiving week, and we are brand new to Austin. Enter Norman. We picked him because he has been verified and had good reviews. He was very responsive, available for our pets on very short notice, answered all my questions and scheduled a phone call with us to go over pet specifics. Norman is very professional. He checked in every day, sent pictures of the cats, and followed all the instructions perfectly. We highly recommend him and will book him next time we are out of town.

Grateful for Nessa. Our 3 fur babes were happy and well fed when we got back from our trip. We were able to book Nessa on short notice and she was fantastic. This was the second time we book her because we had a great first experience. We have 3 cats and they all eat different food and its a mix of wet and dry kibble, Nessa knocked it out of the park.
