Cat Sitting in Dallas Downtown

Kimberly was fantastic with my kitties! She was super patient getting to know them, and they absolutely loved her by the end of my week and a half long trip. We will definitely use her in the future!

Kelsey is very sweet and thorough. Our cat doesn't really care for most people outside of our family, but he loves her and that makes me feel great when we go out of town that he is loved. She even took care of our chickens and helped navigate the situation when one of them got injured. We appreciate her care for our animals.

This was the first time that Natalie took care of my two cats and she was wonderful! She asked thoughtful follow up questions during our meet and greet to ensure that she could mimic the routine my cats were used to as best as possible, and she kept my home neat and tidy and exactly as I had left it. She replied to messages quickly, and I appreciated that when the Rover app was down, she took the extra step to send updates and photos as a personal text instead. She was also very accommodating and was able to promptly adjust my booking dates when there was a sudden/unexpected change in my travel plans. Both of my cats took a liking to her fairly quickly and she did such a great job taking care of them while I was away! The Rover cards were brief (1-2 sentences for the visit summary and 1-2 photos per visit) and I would have liked more detailed updates and more photos but that was on me for not expressing so at the time of booking. Overall, Natalie was excellent and I would definitely recommend her services!

Cassie was great! Our kitties were well taken care of when we were out of town. She was easy to talk to and get a hold of, and kept the kitties fed, happy and clean!
