Ella was remarkable! She was able to accommodate our sweet pups with very short notice. We had never used the drop-in service before while away but Ella eased our concerns right away. She is very reliable, showed up on time and provided frequent updates. She even brought it packages we had delivered while traveling.

We had such a great experience with Elizabeth doing drop-in visits for our young puppy! Leaving a new puppy at home can be a little nerve-wracking, but Elizabeth made us feel completely at ease. She was punctual, caring, and kept us updated after each visit with photos and notes about how our pup was doing. It was clear she gave him plenty of attention and playtime — we always came home to a happy, relaxed puppy. We’re so thankful to have found someone we can trust and will definitely be booking Elizabeth again!
