Emily was very nice and let us know how the visit was going while she was here. This was our first time to us rover and from the first meet and greet visit she made us feel comfortable that our dog was going to be taken care of. Thank you so much!

Eugenia was amazing and I will definitely use her again to watch my babies! She sent pics/updates let me know how they were doing, was very responsive and was also very accommodating for our crazy schedule. I appreciate her so much! I felt like she truly cared about my dogs and wanted to make sure they were well taken care of. I had no worries while we were away. I loved that my dogs could stay in their own home while we were gone which also made them more comfortable!

Zixin is the best! My cat is usually very shy and will hide from new people. Zixin was able to start petting my cat right away. He was able to do everything I asked and more. He kept great track of my cat’s bowel movements and notified me when he was concerned. I would definitely book Zixin again.

Lexe was wonderful with our dogs and cats! Our dogs can be a bit of a handful as high energy breeds, and Lexe really understood them. Our whole crew took right to her. She showed up on time for each visit, and sent plenty of updates and pictures. She is very kind and trustworthy. We will definitely book her again in the future!

Haley took excellent care of our cats! We got lots of great photos and long text updates about how they were doing as well. We'll definitely ask her to watch our cats again!

Wow! An unexpected hospitalization left me in a panic about my kitty Gracie being left all alone. I found Rover and then I found a blessing in Lexi! What a relief to know my girl was in great hands. Since my baby girl doesn't respond well to strangers I was worried at first, then I became jealous that Lexi was getting all the love! Lexi sent me pictures, face-time and kitty meow talks! Won't hesitate to call again. Very pleasant and calming experience when I absolutely needed it. Thanks Lexi!

Heba was great with both my dogs, one of whom has Degenerative Myelopathy (basically paralyzed from the waist down). Her communication was great and the dogs seemed to really love having her around. Would highly recommend and will definitely use again!

Cierra helped me in a last minute visit to feed my mother’s cat who had to be checked into the hospital and I was out of town. She showed up on time so I could let her in remotely. Cleaned litter box , cleaned food bowls, and made sure there was plenty of food till I return next day. She was a big help.

Ainsley is THE BEST! Not o ly do my cats love her, she goes above and beyond: taking in the mail and newspapers, putting out the trash bins. She’s a hard worker and a lovely person. She’s a 10 outta 19!!

Kristen and Jeff are wonderful and our pups just love them. We really appreciate the job they do and we will continue to use them as long as they are available 😀!!!!

Phillip was fantastic! He was very dependable and caring for our pup. I would highly recommend him for to take care of other pets.
