Dog Boarding in Elgin

Carmen and her daughter took good care of my dog Laela. They provided daily activity updates, sent photos and assured me that Laela was doing well with their dog. This gave me peace of mind during my trip.

Amber was very responsive and kind. Our two puppies are very high energy so we are always nervous when leaving them somewhere new, but they seemed to have fun playing with other dogs and came home very tired.

Love using Gloria for boarding my pup. Always very flexible, great communication. Plus, my dog loves her. He is always so excited when he realizes where he is at.

Gracie looked after our pup for a week over Christmas and we are so appreciative of the good care she provided! She was very accommodating and was happy to do a meet and greet to ensure our dogs got along. Would definitely recommend Gracie to care for your pup!

Absolutely amazing experience! My usual sitter was busy so I branched out to someone new and it made me very nervous. My dog isn’t hard but I also don’t like him being alone and want someone to take him everywhere which is hard to find. Ivette took this seriously and let him shadow her life! He got to go shopping and to shake shake for a pupcup! She kept me informed and sent lots of pics of him hanging with her family and chilling in the backyard. It put my anxiety at ease and when I picked him up he had no stress or crying that sometimes happens when I’m away. 12/10 recommend and will book again!

Keri did a wonderful job taking care of our dog, He was happy and well looked after the whole time. Communication was excellent, with regular updates that gave us peace of mind. I would happily recommend Keri to anyone looking for a reliable and caring sitter.

Kristy was Awesome, and accommodating with Ollie; my puppy is a ball of energy, and this was his first ever boarding/sitting with anyone else other than me. He looks tired, and actually sleeping too😅, which means Kristy put in countless hours to wear him down with play and outdoor sessions. If you want your dog to have a blast, like almost forget you are gone for those few days, book with Kristy!!

Radha and Bart and their child are the sweetest family! They took care of my two small dogs in their home and played with them, pampered them, sent me cute videos of them, and took care of them so well I was beginning to think my dogs might not want to come home with me at the end of the week. I clearly can highly recommend them as dog boarders to anyone who wants their pets to get care in a family/ home setting. Their own pet is also peaceful and calm and friendly and that was another good experience for my two, to have interaction with a dog of placid nature.

EXCEPTIONAL! Chad has exceeded every expectation we could have caring for our dog. Our dog means everything to us and we couldn't imagine anyone else sitting for him. The daily pics, updates, and communication are fantastic. Our dog came back to us when we got back, calm, rested, and in great spirits.

I booked with Natalee last minute when our other did sitter fell through. Instantly I knew she would be great! My dog came back super happy and well taken take care of. We will definitely book with Natalee in the future!

Stacy took such great care of our dog Penny over New Year’s Eve, and we’re so grateful. Penny was a bit nervous in a new environment, but Stacy made her feel comfortable, kept her on her normal routine, and spent lots of time playing with her. She sent us photos and kept in touch the whole time, which gave us real peace of mind. Timothy gave our dogs long walks (even when it’s very cold out). It is our second time booking Timothy and our dogs waltz into his house happily when he open the door, so I know they like him! He has plenty of space for their huge dog bed, which is really nice. And he gave photo updates consistently everyday!

Megan is excellent. She keeps our dogs on a very regular basis. She keeps in contact with us and always sends pics ❤️ we are so grateful to have her and know our pups are in good hands at Megan’s house.

We had such a great experience! They watched our lab, Sirius, for a few days and took amazing care of him. We received lots of updates and pictures throughout his stay, which made us feel so comfortable knowing he was happy and well cared for. Sirius clearly had an absolute blast and came home tired in the best way. You can tell they genuinely care about the dogs they watch. We would definitely trust them with Sirius again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and caring Rover sitter! 🐾

Alex and Evelyn are absolutely amazing! They’re incredibly attentive and go above and beyond to make sure my pet is happy, comfortable, and well cared for. They pay close attention to every detail — from feeding and to playtime updates and photos — and it’s clear they genuinely love what they do. They’re also super responsive and helpful, making scheduling and communication easy and stress-free. I always feel completely at ease knowing my pet is in their care. I couldn’t recommend Alex and Evelyn more — they’re the kind of sitters every pet owner hopes to find!

Miho does so well with Bailey. He's really opening up to her now. She has earned his trust and affection. He's a dog that takes his own sweet time to do that with new people.
