Dog Boarding in Elgin

Carmen watched our two boys for the first time and they were so happy in the pictures. She was available last minute to watch our puppy and our senior dog. They came back smelling good and were clean. We will be using her again to watch our fur babies in the future!

Gloria and her lovely family were so great with my little guy, Teddy. She regularly updated us on his day and included lots of pictures and videos! That helped to ease the separation anxiety my daughter had leaving her best friend. We highly recommend Gloria and will be using her services whenever we need to leave Teddy with a trusted sitter! Amber kept us updated throughout our whole trip with photos and videos. Very thorough with our cats needs and kept our minds at peace while away. Picking up the cats was a breeze after spending the day traveling. Would recommend Amber to anyone needing a sitter. Thank you!! 🙏

Cannon and his family were so helpful with our pups! They sent updates daily upon request and made sure our dogs were comfortable and well taken care of while we were away. Would definitely trust them with our pups again

Timothy gave our dogs long walks (even when it’s very cold out). It is our second time booking Timothy and our dogs waltz into his house happily when he open the door, so I know they like him! He has plenty of space for their huge dog bed, which is really nice. And he gave photo updates consistently everyday!

Alex and Evelyn are the BEST! They are so kind and caring, my anxious pup quickly warmed up to them and felt right at home. They are also great with following instructions and providing updates, which left me feeling confident that my pup was always safe and happy!

Megan and her family came through for me when I found myself in a bind while out of town with my two dogs. I was super nervous to leave my dogs with someone I hadn’t met before but ultimately am so glad I found Megan on Rover. She sent me a few pics throughout the day and my sweet pups were worn out from playing that they slept the whole way home. Would highly recommend Megan and her family to keep your pet safe. Will use again if I am back in the area!

Wonderful Experience with Mina! I can’t say enough great things about her! She took care of my senior Pomeranian, Nina, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Normally, Nina gets very stressed when she’s away from home, but with Mina, it was a completely different story. Mina provided a warm, comfortable, and loving environment that made Nina feel right at home. She kept me updated with messages and photos, which gave me so much peace of mind. It was clear that Nina was not only well cared for but also happy and relaxed—something that is rare for her when she’s away from home. Pixie loves going over to Maggie’s house to play with her friends. Her backyard is set up for play, complete with a doggie play scape/obstacles. We are so happy to have Maggie as our sitter for Pixie!

Max and Cash had lots of great stories to share of the fun they had staying over with Ellie and Chad. Chad was exactly what we were looking for to care for Max and Cash. He is truly fanatic at being sure everyone was well cared for and safe. He sent a good morning and photos everyday. Radha and Bart and their child are the sweetest family! They took care of my two small dogs in their home and played with them, pampered them, sent me cute videos of them, and took care of them so well I was beginning to think my dogs might not want to come home with me at the end of the week. I clearly can highly recommend them as dog boarders to anyone who wants their pets to get care in a family/ home setting. Their own pet is also peaceful and calm and friendly and that was another good experience for my two, to have interaction with a dog of placid nature.

Joshua is amazing!! He took excellent care of my dog and shared lots of photos and videos thought the stay! He was also extremely accommodating and communicated super well! My dog had a blast at his place and I’m sure he can’t wait to go back! I highly recommend Joshua!!

Betty loved hanging out at Phil and Amanda's and it was great to get daily pictures and messages of how she was doing. I could tell she was happy when I picked her up!
