Dog Boarding in Fair Oaks Ranch

We recently boarded our dog, Sterling with Kelly and were so grateful for the care he received during his stay. We loved getting regular pictures and videos, which really helped us feel connected and reassured while we were away. It was clear that Kelly truly cares for the dogs and keeps the owners well updated. One small concern is that when we picked Sterling up early, we found he had been kept in a kennel even though when we dropped him off, we were shown a guest house with a living room and advised that’s where he’d be sleeping and relaxing. We were advised on pick up that he had been making noise / barking the entire time he was not outside exercising, which makes sense since he has separation anxiety, and we usually avoid kennel environments for that reason. While this was disappointing to discover afterward, we still appreciate the overall attention and communication throughout his stay. We just recommend confirming sleeping arrangements ahead of time for pets with special needs. Otherwise, the service, updates, and care were excellent!

Dexter had a great time! The communication and pictures were perfect. Dexter spent an enjoyable Thanksgiving watching football by the fire, had outdoor play time, lots of cuddles and neighborhood walks! Thank you Alison and Nate!

Karen was great! This is our second time with her, and I’m sure won’t be the last. She took great care of our fur baby and kept us updated with pictures and messages. 🥰

Caroline is great with my dogs. They fit right in with her dogs and have a great time. She is quick to respond to texts and sends pictures and videos throughout their stay. Helps me to be at ease and enjoy my time away.

Jaime was great with Ziggy. He is a very shy dog but he came out of his shell pretty quick. She was sending me pictures on a regular basis throughout Ziggy’s stay. I will definitely be boarding with her next time I am going out of town.

She was patient with two high energy, reactive dogs. Worked with us when we got stuck in construction traffic. I appreciated the photos and communication

Thanks a lot Hui, for taking such great care of my cat, Pico. You were so caring and kept me updated with videos, which I really appreciated. Pico is not a very social cat, but she had a great time and was happy and comfortable with you. Highly recommend!

Nicole and her mom were phenomenal! They took great care of Buck & Bryn. They always sent me pictures of my babies often so I could see any updates, and every picture my babies seemed to be having a blast! I HIGHLY recommend her and the best time I’m home I will 100% be using her!!

As always, we have photos to prove what a wonderful time Lasso had in Julia's home. It is so nice to relax when we are out of town, knowing that our fur baby is being loved and well cared for.

Weston sent pictures daily and provided us with updates regarding our pups. The area was safe and away from the distractions of a city and the view the animals have is great! Would definitely book again.

Yalda was the best dog sitter I have ever had. Her and her family were so kind to my dog and seemed to genuinely love him. She sent many pictures every day and let me know how he was doing. Wilber and Jeanelly were amazing! They responded very quickly to our last minute request. They made us feel secure in leaving our puppy for the first time. We had no worries while our pup was with them. We received a video and pics throughout our day with updates. Communication was great, pick up and drop off was a breeze. Highly recommend if you’re in the San Antonio area. ☺️ Thank you so much for making our first drop off such a great experience.

I trust Abel and Alisa with my two pups, which is why we came back for more! They spent 4 nights at Abel and Alisa's home where I got plenty of updates and felt at ease while traveling out of state. As always, my dogs came home happy and safe.

Rocio is a wonderful sitter and we cannot recommend her enough. Our Buster was with her for almost 2 weeks and he was treated like a baby :) Buster was the only pet they cared for at the time which was great as she gave him undivided attention! Rocio was very consistent sending us videos or photos almost everyday. We can tell Buster had a good time, got enough exercise and most especially, loved! Thank you, Rocio and until next time!
