I have never used the Rover service before, but I had a three week trip planned and didn’t have many other options. I was THRILLED to find someone local to the area with such great reviews, so I decided to give the service a try. I’m so glad I did! I met with Emily once before to go over everything and right away I knew my pet was in good hands. Emily was reliable, communicative, and went above and beyond throughout the stay. I will definitely be using her again for future trips!

Cynthia is very prompt, efficient, and communicative. She even got our fussy big cat to snuggle her, and he is usually so standoffish! She takes good care of our cats who need extra love, and we appreciate that a lot.
Mckenzie was great! She was very kind and attentive to my fur babies when did the meet and greet. She checked on my cats just as requested. I would definitely request her again - she loves animals and you can tell!
