The initial meet & greet with Lori T. helped us decide that she would be the right one to take care of our cat, Lexi. During our time away on vacation, Lori allowed Lexi to have her own safe space so that she could venture out when she was ready. Lori kept us informed with a daily text and a few photos that let us know that Lexy had adjusted to her temporary environment. All in all, Lori did a wonderful job. Thank you.

Danielle is extremely reliable, honest, trustworthy, and clean, as well as a mature and kind. She followed through on any scheduling commitments, and has followed every instruction that I leave for her, regarding the pet and home care. She was flexible in staying longer, too, when we unexpectedly have needed her to. She is very sweet to our pets and they enjoy having her there. She’s great at communicating and responding quickly when I reach out about anything or just check in to see how it’s going. I will use her again for sure.
