Elle was a real joy and a pro. She was extremely communicative, upbeat, and easy to work with. She has a passion for animals, particularly cats, and got to know my two very quickly. When exchanging keys - because of my mistake - Elle had to come out and meet me twice, which she did without complaint. Eye made the process simple, and I left on my trip with complete confidence that my pets, and even my home, would be in good care. I highly recommend Elle and will even be booking her service during the Thanksgiving holiday so I can visit my sister. I had high expectations, and Elle exceeded them all. Could not be more satisfied.

As a first time user of Rover, Lana put me at ease. My kitties have never been around other people aside from me and my ex, so it took a bit for them to warm up, but she kept me current on their progress with pics and messages. I will definitely request her again and tell everyone I know in the area about her.

Sarah took great care of my cat. She remembered every detail and when I returned I could tell that my very shy and skittish cat was well tended to.

We appreciated James’ overall professionalism! He was accommodating of my cat’s special needs and visited punctually twice a day. He provided attention and extra care and gave me reassurance of my pet’s wellbeing while away. We’re very grateful!

Maddie was so kind and caring for our cats. Our boys are normally shy with strangers and hide, but they were happy to see her each day and she always sent great photos! She kept them fed and cleaned the litter box well, and she even rolled our recycle back up to the house without being asked!

Left my two cats with Elizabeth and she did excellent! She was punctual and did everything that was asked 👍 Definitely recommend!

Demi was incredible! i’d had a trip come up & needed help in a pinch; she replied almost instantly and relieved my anxieties. she took such lovely care of my kitty Merlot, sending video & picture updates with proof that my fearful-of-strangers baby was enjoying her company! i’ll 100% recommend her to friends. so grateful for Demi’s communication and wonderful care of my Merlot while i was out of town. ♡

Wonderful experience! Richard was kind and welcoming. Our Ruby seemed relaxed and happy with him. So nice to see that she had a great place to stay while we were away. And his dogs were gentle and adorable! Ruby loved having friends to play with.

George and his family are awesome! I was initially a bit anxious about leaving my cat Nestle to be boarded (never left her anywhere before), but he definitely eased my fears. He took great care of her; even sent pictures regularly! I had to lengthen her stay, and we were able to communicate promptly to get that all worked out. If Nestle needs boarding again, I’ll be sure to reach out to George first! Nestle took to him quickly, and it was such a pleasant experience for us both.
