From the start, they were friendly, communicative, and punctual, which gave me total peace of mind while I was away. My dog was clearly well cared for and happy when I got back. I appreciated the regular updates and photos—they really showed how attentive and caring Zarina was. Jocelyn took great care of my puppy while I was at work! He didn’t want to leave her. She is diligent in making sure the dogs are fed, get enough exercise, and play. Couldn’t recommend her enough!

Erica was able to help me with a literal last minute booking. She was positive and so welcoming to my pup. She sent pictures and a few updates though out the day. It was my move in day and I had a delay in pick up. She was reassuring and helped me so much when I needed it. I will definitely be utilizing her services again. I recently moved from Seattle to Houston, and with all the changes, my pup Wally has been a bit stressed. On my very first day back at the office, I didn’t want to leave him alone—and I couldn’t have asked for a better sitter than Fanny. She kept me reassured throughout the day with plenty of photo updates, showing Wally was happy and in good hands. She even left a thoughtful welcome note, sharing how much she enjoyed spending time with him. I’m so grateful to have found someone I can trust to care for Wally, and I look forward to booking with her again for future stays.

With frequent check-in pictures and Aspen's smile upon arrival, I know that she had a great stay. With how tired she was upon arriving home at 5pm, I know that she had a great day of play, which left her satisfied and me able to continue working in the evening. As a high-energy puppy, it is hard to tire her out, so she must have had a great day!

Steven does such an amazing job with Isaac. Isaac gets so excited when he knows he gets to visit Steven and spend time with any puppies that might be there. I trust Steven to take great care and look after the most precious thing in my life.
