Caleb is amazing! He offered a meet and greet prior to our booking. After explaining my cat is skittish, Caleb still wanted to see Charlie, attempted to greet him, but respected his personal space! I booked an impromptu overnight and Caleb was available for a drop in and he even brought in my garbage can! I appreciate Caleb and look forward to our continued partnership!

Kelsey is wonderful with our cats! She responds quickly and is a great communicator. She sends detailed notes and lots of photos when she checks in, even of our shy cats that like to hide from strangers. I highly recommend her!
