Susan was lovely. We were in a bind and needed care for our pups at the last minute. I was skeptical because we had never met, and I unfortunately didn’t get the opportunity to meet her and introduce the pups to her prior to their stay. She did everything she could to make me feel comfortable and it was appreciated. She even showed up and picked them up for us! She was on time and kind, and the pups loved her. If we are in the area again, we would undoubtedly use her when the need arises. I highly recommend Susan fir anyone’s beloved pet.
