Tsz was very helpful and communicated tremendously throughout her drop in visits with my 5 year old pitty . I had an emergency trip and Tsz responded with in 5 minutes accepted my requested and even set up a visit that day

Katelyn did a great job taking care of our pets. The first day was rough because one of the dogs was scared and would not go outside. Katelyn notified me and we were able to come up with a solution. After that everything went smoothly. The dogs were happy and looked well when we came home. This was my first experience with Rover. Will definitely use Katelyn next time we go out of town.

Amy was very kind and patient with our dog who had not experienced a sitter before. She sent us plenty of photos of her visit and even put a porch package in our home with a photo doing so during one of the times she came by. We recommend her and will definitely call upon her again in the future!
